Course One:
Cassoulet- slow cooked cannellini bean stew, duck, tomatoes, herbs, house made bacon

Course Two:
Salade Verte- fresh local salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, french vinaigrette

Course Three (choice of one):
Airline Pheasant Coq Au Vin- airline pheasant breast, burgundy wine sauce, stewed potatoes, golden beets, haricot verts
Veal Medallion Bourguignon- braised veal medallions, burgundy wine sauce, stewed potatoes, golden beets, haricot verts

Course Four:
Turtle Tart- rich chocolate tart, pecans, caramel.
